The project serves 4 major programs – 1) independant villas for CEO and top management. 2) Resort for guests with spaces for interaction 3) Farming 4) Club and resort activities. The site is zoned into 3 sides for all the programs with the resort at the middle. The design is inspired for forms of Gujarat’s historic architecture, and finished with contemporary materials. The built spaces interact with water, shading devices in unique ways.
