FHD announces the appointment of Ar. Mohan Das as Partner & Director. With 23 years of architectural experience, including 18 years in Singapore, he joins FHD to strengthen its leadership in architecture, master planning, and sustainable design.

With 23 years of architectural experience, including 18 years of professional practice in Singapore, Mohan brings a global perspective shaped by diverse cultural contexts, complex project typologies, and an enduring commitment to design excellence.

His approach to architecture extends beyond creating buildings. He believes that meaningful architecture responds to its context, enriches everyday life, and creates environments that remain relevant across generations. His work is guided by a deep understanding of people, place, climate, and the evolving relationship between the built environment and the communities it serves.

Mohan’s journey into architecture began with a passion for art and sketching. Drawing remains central to his creative process, where ideas are explored through observation, proportion, and form before evolving into architecture. This thoughtful, iterative approach continues to shape his design philosophy today.

Throughout his career, Mohan has worked across diverse international projects, bringing together technical expertise, design sensitivity, and collaborative leadership. His experience spans multiple sectors, with a focus on creating architecture that balances functionality, sustainability, and lasting spatial quality.
