Spread across a 6070 sqm footprint and rising over 20 floors, the project integrates biophilic design as a core strategy, with green balconies seamlessly embedded into the façade to establish a constant visual and spatial connection with nature. The south elevation is articulated through staggered balconies that not only create a dynamic architectural rhythm but also function as passive shading devices, reducing solar heat gain and enhancing thermal comfort within the interiors

This interplay of form and performance ensures that the building remains both visually expressive and climatically responsive. The lower levels are carefully programmed as a social and wellness zone, accommodating a clubhouse, swimming pool, indoor games, and yoga spaces that support a balanced lifestyle within a compact footprint. Landscape interventions extend this experience, where vertical greens, creepers, and layered planting along pathways and basement edges soften the built mass, creating a calming transition from the urban exterior to a more immersive, nature-infused environment.

The planning emphasizes efficient circulation, optimized spatial layouts, and a clear hierarchy between private and shared zones, ensuring functionality without compromising on experience.
