Project aspires to create a close to earth living community in Zaheerabad on a site with moderate terrain sloping down to a seasonal nalla. The ground floor only typical units has access to green lands and pools. The design character is inspired from local vernacular structures, blending thatch roofs, exposed local laterite walls with simple contemporary white walls. The central club overlooking the nalla brings the thatched alfresco, pool with stepping water, along with fitness activities and an experiential banquet. The spa along the north can function stand alone, as well as open to community with access to cottages.
