The pedestrianized zone around housing provides a safe, clean, pollution free environment for the family and kids. The units range from 1 Bhk-450 Sq. Ft to 3 Bhk-900 Sq.Ft. Key Vastu principles have been used to organize spaces and bring light and ventilation for comfortable living.
The design approach was to preserve the end user’s requirements to collaborate the relation between green space with the form giving a special attention to the potentials of the location – the views and the greenery. The form has been designed in such a way that each apartment has the widest possible view of the courtyard. The shared green hub encourages, and lends itself, to good neighborliness.The architecture focuses on simple, clean, elegant facades, with a mild touch of classical finish. The bright facades with play areas, open landscape spaces and courts in between are inviting to everyone be it elders, couples or children.
