FLOAT challenges the conventions of group housing typology in terms of program, form, experience and and design language. The key programs of a villa – living, dining kitchen are moved to the first floor – opening views to the outdoor. Each villa has a pool with a green sloping lawn. The drawing room, maids rooms, parking and home office are tucked in the ground floor, daylit through a courtyard. The clubhouse holds the central axis with multilevel programs, overlooking outdoor spaces.
