A unique project not in terms of function but in terms of the way it was visualised, as an example for the use of local materials. The entire project is designed by exploring the hierarchy of spaces and circulation which was experienced in traditional temples and juxtaposing this with a modern design language by stretching the possibilities in the usage of earthy and local materials like Laterite and Bamboo.

The main Mandapam designed completely in Bamboo with 16 well crafted trusses giving the asymmetric form of the mandapam the grandeur that is needed for a wedding destination and covered with Thatch as the roofing material not provides for an earthy ambience but also keep the climatic aspects in check.

The ancillary support facilities designed in Laterite – material which in abundantly available locally  adds to the whole experience of the place as an wedding destination.
