The façade is developed as a performative skin, with aluminium louvers finished in a warm wood tone wrapping the building to act as a continuous shading device, reducing heat gain while establishing a distinct visual character.

At the roof level, solar panels are elevated approximately 1.2 meters above the surface, creating a dual-function system that generates renewable energy while shading the building and permitting air movement below, enhancing thermal performance. This integrated strategy enables the building to meet nearly 60 percent of its energy demand through solar power, significantly reducing reliance on external resources

The spatial planning emphasizes clarity, openness, and environmental comfort, ensuring that light, ventilation, and efficiency remain central to the user experience. Material expression balances technological precision with warmth, reinforcing the brand’s identity through both performance and aesthetics. The Polycab Experience Center ultimately reflects a design approach where sustainability is not an add-on but a core driver of form and function, resulting in a workplace that is efficient, climate-responsive, and architecturally distinctive.
