Designed through an integrated approach encompassing master planning and architecture, the project explores a low-rise community model that creates a strong relationship between residences, shared spaces, and the surrounding environment. The planning focuses on creating a cohesive neighbourhood that balances privacy with opportunities for interaction, while providing a comfortable and connected setting for everyday life.

Currently under development, Organo Palgutta represents an alternative approach to residential living—one that moves beyond conventional housing models to create a more community-oriented and context-sensitive environment. Through its master plan and architectural design, the project aims to foster a sense of belonging while creating a balanced relationship between built form, open spaces, and the larger landscape.
