Spread across 9.25 acres, the development comprises approximately 88,000 sq. ft. of built-up area, with 22 G+1 residences.
The project was developed through an integrated approach encompassing architecture, structural, and MEP design, ensuring a cohesive relationship between the built environment and its larger setting. The planning focuses on creating a comfortable and well-connected community, with carefully considered residential spaces and infrastructure supporting everyday living.
Completed in 2022, Nest Rurban explores an alternate model of residential development—one that combines the convenience of contemporary living with a more spacious, community-oriented setting.
