ORGANO DAMARAGIDDA

Villa Development
Organo Damaragidda is envisioned as a self-sustaining, eco-conscious community designed to support a ‘living off the grid’ lifestyle. Planned for 160 families, the project redefines contemporary living by placing sustainability, self-reliance, and community at its core.
The master plan is structured around a cluster-based approach, where homes are organized into groups of 20–30 units. These clusters are connected through pedestrian-friendly pathways, or veedhis, which act as the primary circulation network. Designed as green, social streets rather than mere movement corridors, these pathways encourage interaction, slow living, and a deeper engagement with the environment.
Interspersed along these veedhis are interactive community nodes that cater to all age groups—spaces for gathering, learning, and shared activities. Each residential cluster culminates in a community club, creating a focal point for social interaction and fostering a culture of collaboration, skill-sharing, and DIY learning.
The landscape is integral to the experience of the community. Native flora and fauna line the green streets, creating a biodiverse environment where residents coexist with nature—waking up to birdsong, engaging with seasonal changes, and participating in the cultivation of their own food. Permaculture and organic farming practices are embedded into the planning, reinforcing a lifestyle rooted in sustainability and mindful consumption.
Organo Damaragidda is more than a residential layout—it is a living ecosystem. By integrating ecological principles with thoughtful spatial planning, the project creates a resilient, community-driven environment where people live in harmony with nature, reconnect with traditional practices, and embrace a slower, more intentional way of life.
