KUZAM Business Park & Compound is a large-scale mixed-use development envisioned in Riyadh, bringing together commercial, residential, and lifestyle experiences within a unified urban ecosystem. Developed as a concept proposal for NHC in collaboration with X Architects, the project explores a contemporary approach to integrated community planning, designed to support evolving business environments while fostering a vibrant and connected living experience.
Spread across a 180-acre site with a proposed built-up area of approximately 4.18 million sq. ft., the masterplan introduces a carefully layered spatial strategy that balances density, accessibility, and open public realms. The development comprises G+11 structures organized around landscaped corridors, pedestrian-friendly networks, and multifunctional zones that encourage interaction, mobility, and sustainable urban growth. The architectural language reflects a modern identity rooted in regional context, combining bold urban forms with climate-responsive design principles.
The scope of services included comprehensive master planning and architectural design, shaping the project from its conceptual vision through strategic spatial development. Although currently unbuilt, KUZAM Business Park & Compound represents a forward-thinking urban proposal that reimagines the future of mixed-use destinations in Riyadh, positioning itself as a dynamic hub for work, living, and community engagement.
