Developed on a 7.5-acre site with a built-up area of approximately 325,000 sq. ft., the G+10 development is designed to accommodate a diverse range of functions within a cohesive architectural framework. The masterplan carefully integrates hotel facilities, retail spaces, public amenities, and landscaped environments, creating a vibrant and engaging destination for visitors and residents alike. The design emphasizes spatial efficiency, user comfort, and a strong connection between built and open spaces.
Commissioned by SJ Developers, the project scope encompasses both master planning and architectural design services. Currently under development, Royal Atlantis Hotel reflects a vision of contemporary hospitality and mixed-use urbanism, bringing together functionality, elegance, and a memorable guest experience within one of Odisha's most prominent coastal destinations.
