Mecca Master Plan is an unbuilt mixed-use development envisioned as a transformative urban framework that explores the relationship between architecture, movement, and place-making at a metropolitan scale. Conceived in collaboration with X Architects, the project was developed for Mecca, Saudi Arabia, with a focus on creating a cohesive and contextually responsive urban environment that accommodates diverse functions and experiences.

Designed through an integrated approach encompassing architecture and façade iterations, the project sought to establish a distinctive identity while responding to the cultural and urban significance of its setting. The planning emphasizes connectivity, spatial hierarchy, and the seamless integration of built form with public realms, creating a dynamic environment that supports movement, interaction, and a layered urban experience. Particular attention was given to façade development, exploring architectural expressions that balance performance, identity, and contextual sensitivity.

Though unbuilt, Mecca Master Plan represents a forward-thinking vision for mixed-use urban development—demonstrating how architecture and urban design can work together to create a vibrant, human-centric destination that responds to the evolving needs of one of the world’s most significant cultural and spiritual centers.
