Vision Plan Mordon is a completed mixed-use master planning project envisioned as a gateway development that establishes a cohesive urban identity while creating a dynamic and integrated environment for living, leisure, and commerce. Located in Abu Dhabi, UAE, the project spans 30 acres with a built-up area of approximately 5,00,000 sq. ft., conceived as a landmark destination that responds to the region’s evolving urban aspirations.
Developed in collaboration with X-Architects and Mordon Properties, the project was designed through an integrated approach encompassing master planning and architecture. The planning emphasizes connectivity, spatial hierarchy, and the creation of vibrant public realms that encourage interaction and movement. The architectural language reflects a contemporary expression that balances functionality with a strong sense of place, while ensuring a seamless relationship between built spaces and the surrounding urban context.
Completed in 2018, Vision Plan Mordon represents a forward-looking approach to mixed-use development, where master planning and architecture work together to create a distinctive urban destination. Through its carefully curated framework and contextual design response, the project establishes a foundation for a vibrant and sustainable community experience.
